1. In brief

We collect data about our customers and users to a controlled and limited extent. User-generated data is owned by the customer.

The data can upon request be exported in the form of .csv and .json file format. Data must be exported before the customer/contractual relationship expires/ends. We can assist with exporting upon request.

We do not sell user-generated data to other parties.

Third-party solutions that Xepto connects are thoroughly assessed, and all must comply with Norwegian privacy legislation before implementation.

Support incidents are logged at the user level and are only used to assist with support calls. The logs are stored as long as the customer relationship is active. After 12 months, the support log will be deleted, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Xepto Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data Xepto collects from you, through interactions with you and through our products, and how we use this information.

3. The basis for collection and what information we collect

We collect information to provide all our users with better services. You share some of this information directly, for example when you create a user account with Xepto.

Our Services require you to register a user account. In connection with the registration, you will be asked to provide personal information, such as your name, email address and phone number, which is stored in your account. Furthermore, we will record information when you register for an Xepto event, generate a report or submit a support ticket.

Other information is collected by us to validate how you use our products. This information may be collected using technologies such as cookies and through error reports or usage data from software running on your device. We also collect information from third parties.
